Over the next two years, we will expand our impact, drive innovation, and enhance the quality of our training programs to meet the evolving needs of South Africa’s workforce and beyond.

A key objective is to grow our portfolio of accredited courses, focusing on critical sectors like mining, construction, and other high-demand industries. These sectors are vital to our economy, and ensuring they have access to a skilled workforce is crucial for future growth. We will work closely with industry experts and regulatory bodies to develop new training programs, equipping our graduates to contribute to safety, efficiency, and innovation in these industries.

Additionally, we will leverage our B-BBEE Level 1 contributor status to foster strategic partnerships that enhance our training scope and provide empowerment opportunities for disadvantaged groups. Our commitment is to keep our programs inclusive and accessible, ensuring individuals from all backgrounds gain the skills they need to succeed.
